A GUC Graduate and Dual Master Holder in Development from Cairo University and in Business Administration from Eslsca Business School
Her experience specialized in HR consulting for startups & SMEs. She founded Talent 360 in 2018 aiming at being HR Success Partner targeting the niche of young entrepreneurs for developing their business strategies and HR management methods. Since the beginning of 2018, Talent 360 has served more than 80+ companies and is currently partnering with GIZ Egypt in several projects empowering startups and SMEs.
Heba also mentors a number of startups in the early and growth stage through well known entities like Enpact, Flat6Labs, Nilepreneurs and FEPS Business Incubator.
